Applications Developer

Position Description:

Design, develop, and implement payment processing applications and the company’s proprietary EBizCharge gateway for client companies. Communicate with clients to establish an understanding of their business requirements, and determine which payment processing solutions are most suited to their needs. Create functional specifications for each project and consult with clients to ensure that they meet their business needs before proceeding. Convert functional specifications into technical specifications. Translate technical specifications into code utilizing software algorithm design and software development tools such as ASP.Net, Microsoft Azure, Linq, Ado.net, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Conduct unit tests and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that applications function properly prior to release. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any application issues, including troubleshooting code and debugging programs. Customize each application so that it can be integrated into clients’ existing applications, and monitor applications after integration to ensure that it is functioning properly. Perform updates, repairs, and extensions of existing application functionalities as needed to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new system requirements. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other application-related information and create user guides for software. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related position.
  • The position requires skills and knowledge in ASP.Net, Microsoft Azure, Linq, Ado.net, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Administrative Assistant

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in performing general administrative duties to join our growing team.

As an Administrative Assistant you must possess self-initiative and self-awareness with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Account Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our talented sales team. As an Account Executive, you must possess self-initiative, a steadfast determination, and effective time management skills to meet monthly sales goals.

Technical Support Specialist

Position Description:

  • As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support to customers and the internal departments by answering calls, processing paperwork, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate records within the company’s databases. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
